Frank Callahan and Chuck Freeman, President and Vice-President, respectively, each received LEED AP designations from the U.S. Green Building Council. This distinguishes both designers with the knowledge and skills to successfully steward the LEED certification process.

City of Westworth Village City Hall, Justice and Community Center Opens Spring 2008
The new Administration, Community and Justice Center for the City of Westworth Village, Texas, near Fort Worth, has opened. The project cost about $4 million and was completed in 2008. Long-term strategic partner, Speed Fab-Crete, was responsible for Construction Management and used its precast concrete wall building system to form the exterior and some interior walls of the complex.
