Frank Kent Hummer Dealership opened in Fort Worth, Texas
in Spring 2005. It has a showroom dominated by a sharply-curved
metal roof, appearing like a military style Quonset hut. The
building envelops a mixture of exposed steel, concrete and glass
giving it a rugged industrial and high-tech appearance.
Frank Kent Hummer is the second Hummer dealership in Texas
designed by Callahan and Freeman Architects. It is a state-of
the-art design-build structure built by Speed
Fab-Crete.
The Callahan & Freeman design is considered a General Motors'
prototype for national branding of the Hummer vehicle.
Bisbil Retail Center in Fort Worth, Texas, outside The
12,500-square-foot building has an L-shaped design to accomodate
the special needs of its upper scale tenants.
Classic Hummer Dealership in Grapevine, Texas, outside
DFW Airport, is the first such stand-alone facility in the state.
